NAPE reference buildings

Basic assumptions for the multi-family NAPE reference building:

  • 8 storey building with a basement,
  • units type M1, M2 and M3 (and corresponding assumptions about the use of the building) flat roof
  • thermal parameters of building partitions (minimum requirements of Technical Conditions for newly built buildings),
  • water heating with convection heaters
  • heat source – district heating network
  • gravity or mechanical ventilation (windows with diffusers + additional assumptions about ventilation of the building to meet the requirements of PN-83 / B-03430 / Az3: 2000)

Basic assumptions for a single-family reference building NAPE:

  • two-storey building without basement,
  • functional rooms: ground floor: living room, study room, kitchen with dining room, bathroom / WC, corridor; 1st floor 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms / WC, walk-in closet, corridor)
  • unheated garage adjacent to the building,
  • gable roof
  • thermal parameters of building partitions (minimum requirements of technical conditions for newly built buildings),
  • water heating with convection heaters
  • heat source multifunctional gas boiler (efficiency 90%)
  • gravity or mechanical ventilation (windows with diffusers + additional assumptions about ventilation of the building to meet the requirements of PN-83 / B-03430 / Az3: 2000)
  • usage (family of four - 2 + 2).
