Renewable energy

The perspective of the exhaustion of non-renewable organic fuels, the rising demand of energy in all countries, and environmental protection have led to increased the interest in alternative or renewable sources of energy.

The concept of renewable energy includes many sources of energy. The energy from the sun: direct radiation, wind power, water fall, bio energy, eg wood, and geothermal energy are usually counted to this group.

The energy from coal mines, oil and natural gas starts to run out. In addition, its production has largely infuence to the greenhouse effect resulting from the overproduction of carbon dioxide. It is therefore in the interest of Europe to increase immediately the use of renewable energy, especially as its production contributes to the creation of new jobs and the development of new technologies is an investment in our future competitiveness.
