Thermomodernization

Ustawa z dnia 21 listopada 2008 r. o wspieraniu termomodernizacji i remontów replaced the 10-year law on support for thermomodernization undertakings in 1998. The amended Act has supplemented the previously existing system of financial support for thermo-modernization undertakings with the possibility of obtaining financial support also for renovation projects. Funds allocated for the payment of premiums are managed by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK), which is the governing body of the Thermomodernisation and Renovation Fund. The current legal act was amended by the Ustawę z dnia 5 marca 2010 r. o zmianie ustawy o wspieraniu termomodernizacji i remontów.

The current version of the uniform text of the Act on the Promotion of Thermomodernization and Renovation is here.
